BLUE HOUR is an indie rock band from Akron, OH. Their eclectic sound will take you on a journey through catchy melodies, thoughtful songwriting and feelings you may have forgotten about. 

In 2022, Blue Hour released their debut EP, “A Long Time Ago.” Featuring a mesmerizing array of twangy guitars and introspective lyrics, the EP captured what the band does very well: writing songs. From the powerful storytelling and  infectious hooks of “Way Out Past the Moon” to the haunting melodies of “Forever Blue,” each song on the EP served as a testament to Blue Hour’s desire to create art that moves the listener.

Blue Hour is the brainchild of musicians: Justin Mills (Vocals/Guitar), Trevor Matthews (Guitar/Pedal Steel), Kevin Vinci (Bass), and Matt Modena (Drums). Together they merge to create a sonic landscape that has lead them to redefine the boundaries of indie rock. This is apparent when you hear their upcoming album that is to be released this summer. The band’s anticipated LP is packed with psychedelic ear-worms, nostalgic rock sounds and intimate melodies.
