How We Citizen
We support the ENVIRONMENT by shrinking our footprint and prioritizing our impact by:
- recycling glass, aluminum, plastic, paper and cooking oils
- eliminating single-use plastics and paper products, like straws and tableware, and using linens, china and glassware in the venue
- using eco-friendly, zero-waste, compostable, plant-based bioplastic takeout containers
- eliminating bottled water, opting instead for filtered tap or canned water. The average aluminum can contains more than 70% recycled material and is infinitely recyclable.
- installing motion-sensitive hand dryers in our restrooms and LED lighting both inside and out.
