We do this every year. We shut it down for a week so that we can scour the venue top to bottom and side to side – touch up the paint, steam the carpets, clear the vents, get the inevitable gunk out of all the crevices, empty, pull out and get in and behind all of the big equipment. Then we take the holiday off.
